Gruet Demi-Sec for $12.00 at Gibbys Wine Den

This sparkling wine was dry. This sparkling wine was made in Champagne-style, and I am not a big fan of Champagne due to the dryness and this wine despite saying Demi-Sec was really dry. If I had orange juice, I would have used it for mimosas, but I would never buy this wine again. This wine was no Demi-Sec more Brut than anything.
